I stumbled upon this article today and it couldn't be more timely. Have you ever just had someone so nasty spew their toxic venom your way, when all you've ever done is try to be kind to them? This read allows you to see yourself, despite the evil and nasty people as someone who does the right thing, takes the higher road or turns the other cheek. Taken from personal experience, the right thing is rarely the easy thing to do however what I have come to learn through spiritual enlightenment is that at the end of this mortal journey, we humans are not the ones who are the final Judge.
I live my life as a God-fearing and abiding person and know that He does not give us anything we cannot handle. I also know that He believes in justice and that what goes around most certainly always comes around in life so it's important to love and be kind and in my instance, I go to church and pray for the same lost and angry souls that have scorned me.
Educated people know that when others emote towards you such things as hatred, jealousy, anger and envy that it's truly because something is missing in themselves but I do believe that truly the most difficult thing in life, is to forgive your trespassers. Then again, this life on earth is short and I do believe is the roadmap for what awaits you at the eternal gates. If love alone can't help me forgive, then surely the fear of an infinite inferno should.
